Hello,
the latest version of PPlayer is now over one year old and many things have changed. Thus some changes were necessary to PPlayer. Due to the constant problems and the limited ability of the Windows Media Player I have rewritten all media functions within the next version and now use the VLC ActiveX Object to play media. This allows you to play music in various formats, proper playback of streams and allows e.g video playback, and more. |

Hello, I am pleased to say that the development of PPlayer is now beeing continued by Kühne IT-Solutions and the latest version is going to be released as beta in the next week(s). I have recovered the code and checked some bugs which appeared while the php-backend was offline. I fixed them and will now release a version without connection to the backend. That will be handled by a plugin I'll release soon, so everyone can decide to use or not to use the cool features connected with the backend. Greetings, Pascal Kühne |
